All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. We require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit.
why do I need a touch-up?
We ask that all of our clients reserve patience as cosmetic tattooing is semi permanent and will never be a “one and done” form of tattooing. Any procedure can take multiple sessions to build saturation and achieve the look you want We work naturally and purposefully ,achieving the most natural and realistic results. This takes time and patience. If you want harsh, bold brows without a second session we recommended looking elsewhere. We will do what’s best for you, your skin and what your skin allows us to implant during your procedure without causing scar tissue, swelling or bleeding. A “perfecting or fine-tuning session,” also known as a “touch-up” is mandatory after your initial session. After that most clients brows will be at their best! Some clients require more than one of these sessions, this is at your cost and you will have to pay for this session. We do not do free sessions under any circumstance. If you are still “filling in” some spots, this is okay and to be expected. Sometimes skin won’t take in certain areas and making pass after pass with needles is not good for the skin. Picky is not perfect and brows sometimes do not cooperate. If you are unhappy or not patient with your brows and do not come in for the second session or trust your artist before the brows are “completed,” we do not refund under any circumstance.
Should I tip for this service?
Tipping is super common in the service industry! We greatly appreciate tips, and 15%-20% is pretty standard.
WHAT IF I'VE HAD MY BROWS DONE BEFORE?
Any new client with or without previous work starts at an initial rate with us. Under no circumstances do we "touch-up" other artists work, it would be starting over with us at that point. IF YOU HAVE HAD PREVIOUS WORK DONE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND US PICTURES OF YOUR BROWS TO INFO@BROWSCOSMETICTATTOOING.COM IN ADVANCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE PICTURES OF YOUR BROWS IN ADVANCE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
Due to COVID-19 we are not offering in person consultations, unless your artist makes an exception.
WHY DID MY EYEBROWS FADE?
Microblading and Combo Brows are a two step process. The touch-up is 100% necessary to achieve perfect results, and with some skin types sometimes it is necessary to have a second touch up. While your brows will fade and lighten over 60% between the day of your first procedure and the touch up date, you can fill in where needed after 7 days. This is all normal being that our skin pushes out foreign substances (permanent makeup ink) after the first procedure, making it fade. After the second session our skin is more used to this procedure and we are going over superficial scar tissue, to which the permanent makeup ink adheres much better. WHAT IF I'M UNDER 18?
We require a parent present with you to sign off for you if you are under the age of 18. If you do not have a parent with you, you will be denied the procedure.
WHAT IF I'M PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING?
You cannot receive any permanent makeup procedures while pregnant, however you may while breastfeeding.
